📝 TOS:

  • You must be 18 or older to order a commission

  • If you're under 18 please get someone who is 18+ to commission me on behalf of you. All communication must be done though someone who is 18+

  • All payments must be sent in GBP by bank transfer or through Wise (formerly called TransferWise)

  • All commissions are for personal/private use only

  • Unless you request another medium, all commissions are digital

  • Turn around is between 1-6 weeks depending on the scale of the commission and my work load, please contact me before ordering if you have a specific date the work must be completed by

  • I retain legal rights to the art and have the right to use it (and any WIPs of the art) in my portfolio and post to my online accounts

  • You can request to be anonymous if I post the commission online

  • Special exemptions to a commission being posted to my accounts and/or used in my portfolio are given at my discretion, please contact me before ordering if this is a concern

  • Once the commission is completed and I have received the full payment you are allowed to repost the commission on your account as long as my signature/watermark remains intact and credit is given

  • Please contact me before ordering if you wish to use a commission in any commercial way or to hire me for any commercial work

  • Commissions can not be made or used for anything related to NFTs/crypto/blockchain techology

  • I have the right to refuse a commission and not give a reason

📑 Auction TOS:

Auctions might be used instead of flat sales for adopts or YCHs, all previous TOS apply to auctions along with with the following:

  • If you win an auction the sale price must be paid for in full within 24 of winning

  • All bids are binding. Do not bid if you cannot pay

  • All bids must be in GBP, bids in other currencies will be deleted to avoid confusion with conversion rates

  • You can bid anonymously via DMs

  • Bid in a chain, always reply to the last bid

  • Do not edit bids, if you wish to increase your amount you must reply to the last comment even if it's your own

  • Deleting/removing bids will get you blacklisted

📑 Additional design TOS:

All previous TOS that is applicable apply to designs (customs and adopts) along with the following:

  • Once the designs is paid for you own the rights to the design

  • Any future changes to the design are allowed after the commission is compleated/adopt is bought

  • Designs can only be resold for the same price you paid for them - they can only be resold for more if they come with additional art

  • You are not allowed to make a closed/open species with my designs after buying them

  • You are not allowed to use my designs as MYOs for closed/open species after buying them

  • You are not allowed to edit my art (eg. drawing over, changing colours/saturation ect.) but annotations and text are ok

  • After a design is bought from me I will not deal with ownership/sale/trade disputes between other users

  • I have no association to the owner and/or work the design is used in unless I state otherwise

  • I do not automatically condone/support what the design is used for by the owner

  • If I find a character I have designed being used in subjects I do not want to be associated with in any way (eg. hate speech, zoophilia, NSFW involving minors...) you will be blacklisted with no warning

  • If a design is used as an NFT I have the right to revoke ownership and resell the character (this is the only circumstance I will ever do this)

  • Cryptids/monsters/mythical creatures ect.

  • Mature content (eg. blood, gore, drugs, guns...)

  • OCs

  • Fanart/cannon characters

⚠️ Maybe/Ask:

  • Mecha/robots/cars ect.

  • Ship art

  • NSFW

  • Extreme gore

  • Self harm

  • Physical items of the commission (eg. prints, stickers, charms...)

⛔ Things I won’t draw:

  • Hate symbols + hate speech

  • Rape/non-consentual art

  • Zoophilia/beastiality

  • Incest

  • Lolicon or any NSFW involving minors

  • Fetishes

Proof of ID my be required depending on the subject.
Further info/context about a commission might be required depending on the subject.I have the right to refuse a commission and not give a reason.

💷 Payment:

  • Before starting I must get a payment of either 50% of the total price OR payment in full within 24h of me accepting your commission

  • All payments must be sent in GBP (British pound)

  • All payments must be send by bank transfer or through Wise (TransferWise). It’s up to you what you feel most comfortable doing. Do not send me a payment until I tell you to

  • If doing a partial down payment I will need the remaining amount paid by an agreed date before I complete the art and send the file/s over. I will only work up to 50% of completion until the remaining 50% is paid

  • Further payment plans requiring more than 2 instalments of 50% of the total price are only offered for sales of £300+ (further discussion with the commissioner would be needed)

  • Price for physical items is only worked out after the initial commission is completed

  • PayPal is not accepted or offered at this time.

💸 Refunds:

  • If I am unable to complete or cancel the commission you will be refunded in full

  • No refunds are given once I’ve accepted and/or have started the commission

  • Partial down payments are non-refundable if you fail to pay the outstanding balance

  • Payments sent before I officially accept your commission/purchase do not count as payment and are non-refundable

  • Payments sent in the worng currency and/or sent though the wrong payment service do not count as payment and are non-refundable

  • You cannot get refunds for adoptables or auctions

  • Refunds for damaged/missing physical items would need to be discussed further

🚫 Blacklist:You can be put on a blacklist for the following:

  • Breaking TOS

  • Not paying within the stated time frame/failure to pay an outstanding balance

  • Issuing a chargeback, payment dispute ect.

  • Deleting/backing out of bids

  • Failure to provide a valid ID if I ask for it

  • Using a commission and/or any physical items in any commercial way without permission

  • Lying about the intent and/or use of a commission

  • Selling free designs won in a raffle/giveaway before they have any additional art

  • Reposting my art, further legal action might be taken depending on the circumstance

  • Tracing and/or editing my art without permission

  • Using a commission for anything related to NFTs/crypto/blockchain techology

What happens if you're on the blacklist:

  • Unable to commission me, bid/buy on adoptables or YCHs ect.

  • Your account and any relevent accounts associated with you are blocked across all platforms I use

  • Being put on the blacklist is permanent, I don't offer ban appeals

  • I have the right to blacklist you and not give a reason or notice

  • My blacklist is private and is only shared if it's relevant to people I'm working with
